General
Terms and Conditions
1. CRIF
Sp. z o.o. operates "Nationwide Business Information System
" providing, on a commercial basis, information on
companies registered as well in Poland as worldwide including:
* the Credit Reports,
* matching commercial offers of companies,
* lists of the companies,
* promotion and advertising on own web site
2. All services
are provided as the consequence to written Client's order placed
to CRIF Sp. z o.o. while the Client is assumed as having been
previously notified on terms, costs and the scope of information
services rendered and conditions for thereof.
3. The information provided
by CRIF Sp. z o.o. in form of the Credit Report (CR) must be
treated by the Client as strictly confidential information and may
be used only for the Client's own purposes. Upon placing the order
for CR the Client is obligated not to make available, transfer or
reveal any piece of information, part thereof and comment to third
parties. The information cannot be published in any part or form
and it cannot be used as any evidence or testimonial in any matter
of litigation.
In the case
the CR has been used in contradiction to this General Terms and
Conditions, the Client is obliged to proceed without affecting
the opinion on CRIF Sp. z o.o.'s truthfulness
4. All services
have been provided on an exercised by the CRIF Sp. z o.o.
diligence to ensure that the information supplied is reliable
and complete.
5. The special
information in form of the "Negative Report" (the company
doesn't exist) is considered as CR.
6. CRIF
Sp. z o.o. provide information on a basis of own business sources
and forms. CRs, list of the companies or the commercial offers contains
the data which was currently available in the execution period of
Client's order.
7. CRIF
Sp. z o.o. cannot take any responsibility for the reliability of
the uncontrolled by the company sources of information as well as
for the mistakes arising from this.
8. Request for
the information scope going beyond a standard services scope implies
an additional payment each time individually negotiated with The
Client. Costs of additional services are calculated in accordance
with the price list presented to The Client before providing the
information.
9. CRIF
Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse an order without giving
the reason.
10. Placing
to CRIF Sp. z o.o. an order The Client assumes this General
Terms and Conditions.
11. The Polish
law shall apply in any matters arising out of the Agreement.
